It's one thing to write compelling, heart-stirring, emotionally rich songs of worship, praise and honor to Christ. People have been doing it for centuries, forming the backbone of faith traditions the world over.
It's another thing entirely to bare your soul, share your vulnerabilities and risk criticism and career success by challenging the mold and daring to say that God is not necessarily a God of happy endings.
Instead, He is the God of every story. This is what Laura Story is learning day by day.
"Life is filled with things you don't expect, but the Bible tells us to respond by trusting God and continuing to worship Him."
The intersection of a new opportunity and a tragedy is also what originally spawned Laura runaway hit "Blessings," that took home a GRAMMY, a Billboard Music Award and three Dove Awards.
Laura's unabashed conviction to write and sing truth about life's ups and downs and heartache and joy, and everything in between, touched a heartstring that resonated around the world as others continue to see how God was present in their own circumstances and stories that just made no sense.

It's been a wild decade going from “stay-at-home-mom” to “YouTube comedic Phe-mom-enon”…
…but Anita Renfroe doesn't mind. With her unique brand of estrogen flavored musical comedy and blend of sass, edge and slightly offbeat takes on All Things Female, audiences at her comedy concert tours, viewers of Good Morning America appearances and the YouTube masses who enjoyed her William Tell version of everything a Mom says would say that Anita just tells it like it is.
Anita Renfroe's brand new DVD “Im Not High Maintenance, Just Low Tolerance” does just that – making people laugh with her off-the-wall insights, music and her trademark pop culture parodies. Filmed before a sold out crowd, “Im Not High Maintenance, Just Low Tolerance” releases spring 2012.
Renfroe has been a featured comedian on ABC's “Good Morning America” and has filmed a sitcom pilot for Sony/ABC co-starring Ryan Stiles and the late Dixie Carter. In addition to “Good Morning America,” Renfroe's talent has been embraced by such top media outlets as “Dr.Phil,” CBS's “The Early Show,” Fox News Channel's “Fox & Friends,” XM Satellite Radio Network's “Oprah & Friends,”Inside Edition,” The Gospel Music Channel, Nickelodean's “Mom's Night Out”, and others.
Renfroe and her husband John live in Atlanta and have three children, Calvin, Austin and Elyse, one daughter in law (Lisa), TWO GRANDBOYS and a GRANDGIRL (happy dance, happy dance!) and a maltipoo named Maggie.

She is now working on a new project of both songs and videos that capture where she is on her journey now
Melissa is now further using her passions to continually grow and challenge herself and those around her in her current position as the full-time Pastor of Worship and Arts at GracePointe Church in Franklin, TN.
